Food is where the heart is. And the heart is Family. Our tradition of Chinese food started in Guangdong, China in 1930, continuing into our escape from the spread of communism in Saigon, Vietnam, all the way into our immigration into the United States in 1980. Despite the burdens of war, we've preserved our family's century-long experiences in preparing quality ingredients into genuine dishes. We've instilled in our family the necessity of mealtime, and the necessity of good and healthy food.

 

Chicken N Eggroll is one branch of our family, hoping to bring to you the joys and comfort of freshly prepared "westernized" Chinese food infused with our familial experience.
